Helen Barden is Director - External Affairs at NorthStandard. After 11-plus years in FD&D, she joined External Affairs in 2024. As part of the club’s Navigating Decarbonisation expertise team, she engages with industry bodies to address the challenges and opportunities this fundamental issue poses. She contributed to drafting BIMCO’s EEXI Transition, CII Operations and the Emission Trading Scheme Allowances Clauses for Time Charter Parties.
