The Super Sub represents a new era of underwater performance. The Curaçao testing program will validate the sub’s systems under real-world tropical conditions, ensuring flawless operation before handover. New benchmark for personal underwater exploration “Transporting the Super Sub to Curaçao marks the final stage of an incredible engineering journey,” said Wilbert Beilsma, Commercial Director of U-Boat Worx, adding “Our team has poured years of innovation into this project, and seeing it dive in the crystal-clear Caribbean waters (where we also train our pilots) will be a proud milestone for everyone involved.” In Curaçao, the submersible will complete a comprehensive test campaign including performance runs, manoeuverability trials, and safety verifications, all supervised by U-Boat Worx field specialists and engineers. Once approved by DNV, the Super Sub will be delivered to its new owner, setting a new benchmark for personal underwater exploration.
