RightShip, a major maritime digital platform for safety, sustainability, and supply chain due diligence, announced a new minority investor to accelerate the Company’s technology-led growth and mission of zero harm. Funds advised by Permira, the global investment firm, have agreed to acquire a strategic minority stake in the Company. The new investment will continue to see founding shareholders BHP, Cargill and Rio Tinto each retaining their equal stakes.
