On February 6, 2023, TSG Forwarding acquired J&S Transport & Spedition AB in Västerås. J&S was founded in 1993 by Jan Apel and Stefan Lindström.
They are specialists in warehousing and transport of heavy and bulky goods. In the heated warehouse, there are several overhead cranes were the largest have a lifting capacity of 400 tonnes.
Terms of operations and services
The business J&S Transport & Spedition AB will retain its company name, and will continue to be run by the staff on site, under the leadership of Daniel Berglind, CEO of TSG Forwarding AB.
Daniel sees great potential with J&S as part of the group in broadening its total activities both in terms of operations in more locations and with new services.
Acquisition of J&S
