NorthStandard has appointed Jack Marriott Smalley as its new Head of Underwriting for the Asia Pacific region, effective from 3 November 2025.
Mr Marriott Smalley brings with him over 14 years of underwriting experience, including 11 years spent in Singapore, where he recently held the position of Head of Southeast Asia Pacific. His previous roles have emphasised engagement with members, brokers, and partners, significantly enhancing the Club's presence in the area.

In this pivotal leadership capacity, Mr Marriott Smalley will spearhead strategies to reinforce NorthStandard's status in one of the globe's most dynamic marine insurance markets.
His responsibilities include sustaining Club growth across Asia Pacific, fostering local talent, and enhancing collaboration with members, brokers, and partners.
