Two of Navis Consulting’s Graduate Consultants, Guerson Neto, and Holly Noonan, recently took a trip away from their desks to participate in a very successful networking event (at sea).
Seawork
The event, named Seawork, was held in Southampton with many clients and candidates attending. They enjoyed boat trips with clients from Berthon (Gemini RIBs) and BAE systems, and when they weren’t on the water, they visited clients including Atlantas Marine, Hamilton Jet, Barrus, and BMT.
Whilst Guerson and Holly were extremely busy throughout the day, they found time to network with at least 10 other organisations.
Highlights
In Guerson’s words, his highlight was networking with the clients and candidates, making conversation, and building on his understanding of inbound technology.
Holly found similar highlights in her time at Seawork, adding that her experience of being out on the water with the Director of Berthon was amazing.
