The International Charter Expo (ICE), renowned as the world’s largest B2B yacht charter gathering, is set to revisit EXPO Groot-Amsterdam from the 12th to the 14th of November, 2025.
Bringing together over 600 companies from more than 50 countries, Amsterdam will become the epicentre of the yacht charter sector for these three vibrant days.
Introducing the ICE Forum
This edition of ICE will introduce the ICE Forum, a novel programme designed to shed light on the challenges and future prospects of the yacht charter market.
Tino Prosenik, the Founder of ICE, highlighted the industry's evolving nature, remarking, “I’ve been working in this industry for more than 20 years, and it has always been challenging. Today we face new kinds of challenges, with many tools and opportunities available, but it’s not always clear what tomorrow will bring.”

On the expo’s second day, 15 majorglobal charter operators, responsible for about 30% of the world’s bareboat charter fleet, will convene to examine the primary challenges facing the sector.

Open forum and industry engagement
The conversation will extend into the morning of Friday, 14th November, with the ICE Open Forum. This session will see charter brokers and fleet managers engage in an open dialogue about the industry's future.
Hosted by Tino Prosenik, the forum will feature a panel comprising two brokers and two charter managers, encouraging lively audience interaction and exchanges.
Networking and celebrations
The event also marks a significant milestone as the ICE Rocks Party, occurring on Wednesday, 12th November, celebrates a decade of ICE. This festive evening will offer music, entertainment, and networking opportunities, setting the stage for the expo with enthusiasm and camaraderie.
