On the afternoon of December 3, 2020, the China Shipping 50 Forum, acclaimed as a think tank in the shipping industry, held its 7th annual meeting in Qingdao.

As a member of the Forum, Chairman of CULines Raymond Chen attended the meeting upon invitation.

The event gathered top-class experts and scholars from the port and shipping logistics sector, senior executives at well-known port and shipping companies and government leaders in Qingdao.

On the occasion, all the guests shared their suggestions regarding the 14th Five-Year Plan specific to the industry in line with new development ideas and patterns, as well as insights into topics such as how to ensure stable international logistics and supply chains with regular epidemic prevention and control measures in place.

The 4th Global Trade and Container Shipping Conference and concurrent events took place at the same time. CULines’ booth on the site was crowded with visitors.

Visiting Qingdao Port and CULines Qingdao

During their stay in Qingdao, Chairman Raymond Chen Honghui and Executive Vice President Kevin Ding paid a visit to the management of Qingdao Port Group, and discussed with them on issues such as strengthening partnership and expanding the shipping and logistics business in North China.

The two leaders also visited CULines International Shipping Agency Co., Ltd. Qingdao Branch (CULines Qingdao Branch) and inspected the local operation of the branch.
