The two companies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to combine their strengths, focusing on next-generation battery solutions for the maritime sector. This partnership integrates BYD's expertise in lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries with Corvus Energy's extensive experience in marine energy storage systems (ESS).
