Opportunity expansion
“This acquisition will expand our possibilities to cater to our customers’ needs in Italy, both with regards to filters and associated service in a qualitative way,” said Philippe Ernens, Business Area President of Compressor Technique.
The purchase price is not disclosed, and the acquisition is expected to close during the third quarter of 2024. The business will become part of the Medical Gas Solutions division within the Compressor Technique Business Area.
