Ahlsell Sverige AB has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in Inseco AB.

Inseco provides industrial fastening products and services for the engineering industry as well as the power and energy sectors.

Industrial fastening products

Through this acquisition, Ahlsell strengthens its offering in industrial fastening, gaining increased expertise, a broader product range, various VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) solutions and enhanced availability in a new geographic area.

Additionally, Ahlsell expands its market position and can offer an even more comprehensive service in fastening to industrial customers. Inseco AB has twelve employees and generates an annual revenue of approximately 50 MSEK. The company is based in Söderhamn, where it has its warehouse and office. The acquisition is expected to be completed in December 2024.
